Lucky are we to have been able to get out and enjoy the unseasonably warm weather conditions that graced us here in Metro Louisville this weekend. On Saturday I was able to get in a nice fifteen miler through New Albany in the afternoon, with a lot of sunshine and temperatures in the upper forties. On Sunday the weather was much warmer, near sixty but the sun was hiding from time to time behind clouds. That said, I rode near twenty miles today around the perimeter of New Albany trying to do as many hills as possible and lovin' that so familiar leg burning sensation that comes with limited riding in the winter months. It looks like rain ahead for most of the upcoming, but I'll still try to ride after work.
