Sunday July 30, 2006 - First time being on the bike in seven days due to massive work week, rode 20 miles in 90% humidity and 80 degrees. Time for a BEER!
Oh yeah the dog in the pictures name is Joey, he belongs to my friend Donna whose house we are in front of and the person who took the goofy photo.
