Be Careful

Went out and did a twenty miler this morning, but played dodge the rocks. Mother Nature specialized in hyrdaulics this weekend and with that came everyone's gravel driveway down onto the road surface. Please ride carefully.

That twenty this morning gives me eigthy plus miles this week, the first week back from a vacation that ran my system in the ground. My body is still feeling the effects of much riding and hopefully will get back in the groove before long.

I need a new chain for my bike, any suggestions of a better brand over another?

Cheers

can't go wrong with SRAM or Shimano. pricey but worth it. Go over to John's place on Baxter, "On Your Left Cycles." he also sells some super super good coffee too! Carabassett...mmmm good!

John's place is actually on Rodgers St.

say you're coming from downtown louisville. when your going up that hill, passing the old brewery and you get to the top, you will pass through a light and you will see spinelli's pizza, acme ink on your right. well, just after that, is Rodgers St. hang a right there and you can't miss all the bikes..if it's cold or rainey, just look for the big open sign. he's closed on sunday and monday though. 345-1527 is the number. bring your own coffee mug too...
