I got the bike out yesterday afternoon and took a tour around New albany. One could not ask for a more perfect day to ride!
I probably did a meager 5 to 6 miles total, but ya gotta start somewhere. Hope to catch up with some of you to ride as the season goes on!

Welcome Lloyd. No matter how many miles you pedal it is all a good thing.
Thanks Roger for hooking up our long time friend to this blog.
Not a problem.
I've been limiting myself to a few days of reintroduction to the saddle in the form of work commuting before venturing out on a longer ride.
I've also chatted with J. Barthold and the Kutter boys the past few days about Monday rides later in the summer. May's going to be a bear for me (mostly on Saturdays), but after that, I hope to be able to venture out with them on a few rides.
I suppose anyone's welcome, so I'll try and keep readers posted.
Brandon we were chatting of this at the pub last week at the increase of folk riding or wlaking, especially in the urban scapes of the area. Gas prices are for sure making it tougher on everyones pocketbook.
